Schedule 2, Section I, A.1: Project Steering Committee - The Project Steering Committee with a composition, resources and mandateand in form detailed in the Project Operations Manual, shall be created no later than one month after the Effective Date of theProject, and maintained at all times during the Project implementation.
Schedule 2, Section I, A.2: Project Coordinator, Social Assistance Officer, TVET Officer and Social Assistance ManagementInformation System (SAMIS) Officers - The Project Coordinator within MoEP, the Social Assistance Officer within MoNM and the TVETOfficer within MoE, with functions, qualifications, terms of reference and resources detailed in the Project Operations Manual,shall be appointed/hired no later than one month after the Effective Date of the Project, and maintained at all times during theProject implementation. The SAMIS officers with functions, qualifications, terms of reference and resources detailed in the ProjectOperations Manual, shall be appointed/hired no later than eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date of the Project, andthereafter maintained during the Project implementation.
Schedule 2, Section I, A.3: Public Sector Investment Programme Management Unit (PSIPMU) - The PSIPMU within MoEP with functions,staffing and resources as further detailed in the Project Operations Manual, shall be maintained at all times during theimplementation of the Project.
Schedule 2, Section I, A.4: Line Ministries Focal Points - The Line Ministries Focal Points in the Recipient's ministries in chargeof education, social protection and labor, with functions, qualifications, terms of reference and resources as further detailed inthe Project Operations Manual, shall be appointed no later than one month after the Effective Date and thereafter maintained at alltimes during the implementation of the Project.

8 officials from NEMO and MoHILP as well as 9 officials from other ministries (CWSA, BRAGSA, MoTW, Statistical Department, METOffice, Fisheries Division) completed the GIS training program in April 2013 and are now able to independently produce locationalspecific exposure maps. Therefore, the cumulative target was exceeded.

The cumulative target was exceeded.
The GIS training program held in April of 2013 included a hands-on module on GIS analysis. 8 officials from NEMO and MoHILP aswell as 9 officials from other ministries (CWSA, BRAGSA, MoTW, Statistical Department, MET Office, Fisheries Division). The numberof officials trained exceeded the end target.

The cumulative target was exceeded.
3 hazard maps have been produced by the government under the project - including a volcanic hazard map, a landslide hazard map, astorm surge hazard map as well as 4 additional community specific hazard map models.
