Finance Agreement :Institutional Arrangements | Description :The Borrower shall maintain the following institutional arrangementsthroughout the Project life: PSC for reviewing the overall implementation and the overall Project management and supervision; MoEthrough the KZGW, and MAD for the coordination and monitoring of Project activities at the technical level; PCU for day-to-daycoordination and overall administration of the Project | Frequency :Yearly
Finance Agreement :Carrying out the Project | Description :The Borrower shall (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the POM,the respective Annual Work Programs, the Environmental Management Plan(s) and the Resettlement Action Plan, and (b) shall notamend, suspend, abrogate, repeal or waive any provision of the POM, AWP, the EMP(s) or the RAP, without the prior approval of theBank. | Frequency :Yearly
Finance Agreement :Preparation of Annual Work Program for the following calendar year | Description :The Borrower, through the PCU,shall not later than November 15 of each year during the implementation of the Project, starting November 15, 2015, prepare inaccordance with the format included in the POM and submit to the Bank for review and approval an AWP for the following calendaryear | Frequency :Yearly
Finance Agreement :Report on Performance of the Annual Work Program | Description :The Borrower, through the PCU, shall each yearduring the project implementation, starting March 31, 2016, as part of the progress report referred to in Section II.A.1 ofSchedule2, submit to the Bank, a report, acceptable to the Bank, on the performance of the AWP for the preceding calendar yearbased on the indicators and monitoring arrangements for said calendar year, set forth in the POM | Frequency :Yearly
Finance Agreement :Budgeting funds of the pertinent Annual Work Program | Description :Without limitations to the provisions ofSection 5.03 of the General Conditions, the Borrower shall each year during the implementation of the Project include in itsoverall budget the funds to finance the carrying out of the pertinent Annual Work Program for the respective calendar year. |Frequency :Yearly
