The Recipient shall deposit into the Project Account an initial contribution of the equivalent of US$75, 000 by no later thanMarch31, 2007, and every year thereafter by March 1
The Recipient shall submit to IDA before February 15 of each project year, an updated Procurement Plan in form and substancesatisfactory to IDA.
Beginning Year 2 of project, the Recipient shall prepare Service Level Agreements satisfactory to IDA for central and regionaldirectorates of DOSE to be signed by September 1 of each year.
Recruit an internal auditor who will carry out internal control reviews for the Original Project and the Project and performex-post audits and ensure that actions will be taken on reports
Submit memoranda of understanding in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, signed between the MoBSE and MoHERST
By not later than two (2) months after the Effective Date, the Recipient shall adopt a revised Project Implementation Manual forthe Project
By not later than eight (8) months after Effective Date, the Recipient shall set up the e-centers; and
Provide the financing for the salary incremental of the first cohort of teachers participating in the training program who achievea credit in English and Math on WASSCE Exam
